Sescure score still shows improvements that were supposed to be removed 2 weeks ago

To ensure that the Microsoft Secure Score is meaningful and that every improvement action is measurable and reliable, we are removing the following improvement actions.

• Apply IRM protections to documents
• Apply Data Loss Prevention policies

Yet we still see them in all of our customer's tenants
