Services for Backing up Office 365 – What are your Options

What do people like to use to backup documents on Office365? I was asked to explore many options. File backup is the most interesting but if you use a more complete solution like one that backs up exchange then great but tell me what you like about it.

Any thoughts? I know people mentioned zeedrive but that isn't a backup solution
