Service Trust Portal Can't Login

I can't reach servicetrust.microsoft.com website. It says "Loading" but no any warning or info, stucked at page. I've tried different browsers, different PC even without any account but same issue persist. I can reach and sign in web page via iphone's safari browser but can't reach with any windows pc. Microsoft support even couldn't figure out the problem. I've tried from my friend's PC from his home, he couldn't reach the web site also. Any idea?

    Seems to work fine here, maybe it was a temporary issue? If you are still having trouble, open a support case.

      VasilMichevI've opened a ticket but they couldn't figure out after a few search and remote session and they suggested to send a post here. This issue persists for more than two weeks.
