Sensitivity Labeling Question
As it pertains to sensitivity labels,
- What is the default font type used (or is it same as document default)
- Can this be adjusted/configured (presume PowerShell aside from font color and size)
- Can Icons/graphics be used (ex. Traffic Light symbol)
Is there a place were feature enhancements for MIP should be submitted?
Thanks in advance!
Hi, default for documents is Calibri. You should be able to change this when creating a new Label wit PowerShell, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/new-label?view=exchange-ps.
AFAIK you cannot use anything else than text for header, footer and watermark.
I would suggest you to join the MIP Yammer Group: https://www.yammer.com/askipteam#/home
There you find direct contact with the Product Team and a lot of SMEs for this topic 😉 There you can also find the form for submitting feature requests: https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbRxOwaHW_l8dCpIFVq3iLzSFUQzA0NVJNMktLOE5KRzVYS1VaU0VDVlZURS4u
Hope this helps. BR,

If anyone else happens across this post, refer to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/cloud-fonts-in-office-f7b009fe-037f-45ed-a556-b5fe6ede6adb for supported fonts to pass to the New-Label cmdlet. Haven't tested out too many, but realized we were using a macOS-specific font by request that wasn't used on Window's systems/apps.
