Secure Score Organizations

Should be a pretty simple questions, I am tracking my secure score as I implement MS best practice in our 365 portal.  In the Organizations Like Us score seems pretty low, especially for us being in the healthcare industry.   Where does MS pull our organization type from?  I am wanting to make sure we are being compared to other in the Healthcare industry.
