Safe Links Advanced Threat protection.

Is there a way to lookup a safe link without clicking it.

We got a phishing email and I want to know if MS is correctly blocking it, but I don't want to click it to test.

Yes, if you are tracking user clicks with Safe Links you can use URL Trace in the Exchange Admin Center.
