Remove Dormant Accounts from Sensitive Groups

In Microsoft Secure Score, we have 7 exposed entities showing in the recommended action of "Remove Dormant Accounts from Sensitive Groups." All 7 accounts have been deleted for over 8 days, but they still show up as exposed entities. What do we need to do to clear these?
