policy analyzer problem regarding effective state function

Hello,

i receive the following error message whenever I am trying to use the "Compare to Effective State Function" with the policy analyzer. Roughly translated, the second sentence means: "While analysing 'EntityName' a problem occured. Line 168, Position 82".

The line and position do not seem to change but I don't know which file the software is using or referring to. Anybody has any idea? I already looked into all of the files in %SystemRoot%\security\templates and could not find anything. I already looked into the corresponding .xml file at line 168 but there is nothing suspicious there. Usually there should be a special character like '&' or something which cannot be read by the policy analyzer. This is how I could normally troubleshoot this problem. But in this case, I don't know which file the policy analyer is referring to.
