Partner Portal Admin Roles and Security

Does anyone you know which group in MS is responsible for the security functionality provided in the Partner Portal and how can we set up a call with them? We have some serious concerns about how the administration roles are managed and the potential risks to all us and all of our customers if our accounts get compromised.
