Not able get appropriate user count in Secure score portal

Hi,

We have 2 different tenants and both are tenants are secure score feature enabled. But, We are not getting exact user count for both the tenants in secure score portal. 

For Example -> AD user count under Active directory is 100 and In secure score portal its 94.
