Microsoft Secure Score not updating, and it has been over 48 hours (ATP active)

HI there. I configured and activated Advanced Threat Protection (ATP), and the Microsoft Secure Score has not updated. Per its FAQ, it may take up to 48 hours. It has been almost a week. The two ATP entries under Secure Score still show "incomplete". Any ideas?
