Microsoft office 365 Partner Activity alert on client portal

Delegated administration privileges

After the customer approves the request, partner's admin agent or helpdesk agent can sign into the service's admin portal and manage the service on the customer's behalf. For example, using Helpdesk Agent privileges, the partner can deliver support for the customer; and using Admin Agent privileges, the partner can perform work on behalf of the customer.

Our client want to track and monitor the partner activity on the tenant  and generate alert whenever they log in to their portal.  However, the  partner Global admin and helpdesk agent account is not created in office 365 client portal.

We need monitoring tool at client portal
