labled email that are sent to microsoft acount are not encrypted , but gmail is encrypted

i would like to know , when i sent an labled email that require encryption to someone with gmail account , the email is encrypted : the recipient should mention the code :
But when i sent an email to a microsoft account ( like outlook.fr) , the recipient opened the

- Hello, that is normal behavior. Office Message Encryption work seamlessly with Microsoft accounts but not with Gmail, Yahoo etc. so those recipients gets a wrapper and then the option of OTP or social ID sign in (depending on config) and are then being directed to the OME-portal.
