Is there a way to verify a users identify users via Authenticator App?

Hi,

 

I was wondering if it is possible to manually send a MFA request to a user's phone app to verify their identity over the phone for example? Something that comes to mind would be to give help desk personnel the option to trigger and verify a user based on their token.

Is this in any way possible? perhaps only via API?

    Hard to believe there is no answer or reply here. This absolutely should be a foundational use case for service desk use.
