Inventory of Alert and Notification settings

Given that alerts and notifications can be configured in many places in the numerous M365 security and compliance products, how can we create a listing that shows all of the locations that are receiving them? Ensuring that they all go to the correct people/mailboxes requires a careful attention to detail, and it is quite easy to miss something when there are changes in an organization. 

Does anyone have any suggestions other that going through every screen manually?
