Intune App Protection - block download but allow open attachments in Outlook

Hi, I have the issue that we set the MAM policy that people can use Outlook app and we would like to block download attachments. Unfortunately when we set it this way, users are not even able to open files from Outlook. They got an error message. How to avoid and allow people to open attachment but not download it?

We set that they can download files to OneDrive but eh... it is not possible to download from Outlook to OneDrive...
