Event ID 5000 Microsoft Security Client - Log Off Network

I have a client running Windows 10 Pro receiving the Error "Event 5000, Microsoft Security Client" every 20 minutes (19:32 more accurately).  This is causing the crash of an application critical to the client's job function.

I can't find anything regarding this scenario on Windows 10 with a solution attached (2 entries from the past 2 years, but no relevant responses).

We have discovered that the issue was caused by conflicting AV/EDR solutions. As soon as we removed one, the errors stopped.

Same error, Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB, Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393, all updates applied.

Hi, encountering this with two users on one network currently, only started happening in past 2-3 days. We found some reference to this KB (applied at server level) https://support.microsoft.com/help/5021654 via https://www.neowin.net/news/microsoft-releases-oob-windows-update-to-fix-domain-controller-kerberos-authentication-issue/

However, has not fixed issue for the end user. Same entry in event logs, every 20 minutes approx. (this is how I found your post). Not finding any other reference to this issue, nothing recent in past week or so, to provide any possible actual solution
