Error creating sensitivity labels

Like two weeks ago, I successfully created two labels in protection.office.com. Now I tried to add a third bet getting this error:

Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0.

I tried in another tenant but it gives the same error.

Any idea?
