Endpoint DLP - Copy to Clipboard problem

My client has been testing an Endpoint DLP policy and found that after triggering the Copy to Clipboard, they could no longer use the clipboard and had to reboot their machine. Has anyone else experienced this or know what might cause this?

    Is there any further information you could provide

     

    Is the client using an Azure Virtual Desktop, Server or Workstation

     

    Also what version of OS etc
