EICAR test file not shown in Malware report

Hi All,

 

As a test we are sending eicar.txt as an attachment to an email adres within office365.  The is is blocked, that means, the mail is not being delivered.

But the incident is not visible in the Malware Protection report. Should it be there?

    Hans_from_Copaco have you received any insight on this? I did the same test, but on the dashboard I am not able to see any events. So looking to find out if this is a known issue, or how can I test that it is being reported up.
