Domain Password Filter DLL

To be able to filter passwords for domain and local accounts I have found this tool- https://www.blackhillsinfosec.com/the-creddefense-toolkit/ . We are looking to create a black list of passwords for our domain.

 

Has anyone set anything up like this? Any recommendations would be helpful. Thanks
