Does a custom Sensitive Info Type apply to file names

Hi,

I've been trying to confirm but unable to do so after searching through many articles and Microsoft documentation. When creating a custom Sensitive Info Type or even the out of the box types, does the pattern apply only across the content of a file or does it scan the file name itself too?
