Consume Audit Data Weekly

This Secure Score item needs to have the "Resolved through third-party" for the Consume Audit Data Weekly, because we use Lepide, which allows me to export all the "Audit Data" and store it within Azure in the cloud and run reports from it.  This goes beyond the 90 days aging off issues within the Microsoft  Azure portal.
