Compliance and Forms

Hi All

We would like to launch Forms and be able to provide our Information Compliance Unit with a report of all the questions asked across the platform so that they can monitor any possible questions attempting to capture 'personal, confidential or sensitive' answers. 

Is anything like this possible? I'm not well studied in Compliance centre or Azure which would be the natural routes to solve this in my mind.
