Cloud Discovery Log Collector - No Usernames

Hello, 

Log collector for a PaloAlto 5200Series firewall has been successfully setup, using syslog. I'm getting logs continuously uploaded. My only issue is there are no usernames supplied to the traffic information. Does anyone have documentation showing what is needed to allow username information to be attached to the logs? Either on PA or MS side...
