Can't set expiration date for Mails outside the organization
I am trying to set up a DLP-Policy or a mailflow rule to encrypt and set an expiration date for Mails with recipients outside my organization.
For both ways I created a custom OME template with the expiration date after 7 days via PowerShell:
Creating my mailflow rule I get the following error:
I configured my DLP-Rule in the following way:
and get the following error:
Can anybody help me?
- As the error message suggests, the corresponding action can only be used when the rule is scoped to recipients inside the organization. If you want to get an official confirmation on this, best open a support case.
- Sophie_BruehlIron ContributorHi Vasil, I got that, but that's the problem. I can't believe, that it is impossible to set up an OME-template which expires and is usable also outside the org. So my question is unsolved. Do you have an idea what has to be changed, so that the template works also outside the org?
