Can't set expiration date for Mails outside the organization

As the error message suggests, the corresponding action can only be used when the rule is scoped to recipients inside the organization. If you want to get an official confirmation on this, best open a support case.
Hi Vasil, I got that, but that's the problem. I can't believe, that it is impossible to set up an OME-template which expires and is usable also outside the org. So my question is unsolved. Do you have an idea what has to be changed, so that the template works also outside the org?
