cannot download content search result
I'm having a difficult time downloading content search results from the Compliance Portal I tried to download using with ClickOnce enabled but i still get the following error; Windows cannot acc...
ViktorMalum With what level of permissions do you do the operation?
I'm logged in to the Compliance Portal with an Admin role
My PC account is also in the Administrators group

ViktorMalum A similar thing happened to me when I tried to download the content by taking the link and copying it to another device (having a mac I could not run the .exe); however, if I did all the operations from a windows pc (accessing the portal and downloading) no problem.
what worked for me was i tried to sign in to a fresh PC with nothing installed and the download worked, not really sure what's causing the issue in the first place.
