Cannot change label after applying a sensitivity label with encryption enabled despite being owner
Dear Sir/Madam, I've migrated my AIP policies to sensitivity labels and during testing, an owner of a document cannot change the label applied to a different one despite being the owner of the docum...
Fixed it myself. For a user assigned a M365 Business licence you need to also assign the Rights Management Adhoc licence which you do not need if you are on an E3 or E5 licence.
