Business Plan Retention on OneDrive for Business

Hi Community!

If we have Business Premium Plan can we preserve the data in OneDrive using Retention Policy or using eDiscovery? We want to restore files of users even if it was deleted.

If it cannot be done by Business Premium Plan what license do we need? add-on?
