Azure ATP sensor installation failed

I tried to re-install Azure ATP sensor on my Windows 2012 R2 64bit and it failed with error 0X80070643. Prior to this, I was able to install the sensor but had to remove it due to warning message about NIC Teaming adapters per Microsoft ATP documentation below.

Attached is the zipped log generated by the ATP install system. Any help/suggestion/recommendation and guidance is greatly appreciated. Thanks and have a great day!

      Gerson Levitz NVM my issue was related to WinPCap, that was in a partially installed state.  Fixing WinPCap fixed my problem.

      Gerson Levitz  I'm currently having this problem.  The senor was working, then began restarting continuously. I removed it, and now it won't reinstall:  MSI error 0x80070643
