‎Using external brands on attack simulation‎

Hi,

We're using attack simulation for our phishing simulations. We've used until now payloads related to Microsoft brand, but we would like to use other payloads. For example, I found payloads related to Movistar, DHL, etc.

The question is: Is Microsoft authorized or we as end clients are authorized to use this brands for our Phishing simulations? How can we be sure we won't have any issues with these entities?

Anyone faced this question?

Thanks

    Hi dmarquesgn,

Microsoft does provide the ability to configure third-party phishing simulations in the advanced delivery policy.

However, the use of specific brands in these simulations is a complex issue that involves legal considerations. While Microsoft's tools may technically allow for such simulations, the legality of using specific brands without permission could vary based on jurisdiction and specific agreements between companies.
