Creating a course.

I created a 900-course, but in MSLE, I found there are 900 and 102 courses.

What should I do in this case? How to remove the 102 course.

Thanks

  • Hi Salem,

Thank you for your question regarding the MSLE portal displaying both a 900 and a 102 course when only the 900 course was intended to be created. Below is an overview of the issue and steps to address it:

Steps to Remove the 102 Course

    • Check Your MSLE Portal Dashboard: Visit aka.ms/MSLEPort and log in. Navigate to the "Courses" tab and locate the 102 course.
    • Edit or Delete the Course: If the portal provides a deletion option, remove the 102 course directly. If not, consider editing the course to mark it as inactive or update its status to indicate it is a placeholder.
    • Contact MSLE Support: If removal or editing is not possible, contact the MSLE support team via the help portal referenced in your onboarding materials.
    • Leave It As Is (Optional): If the 102 course was solely intended for accepting terms and does not impact your lab seat requests or voucher eligibility, you may choose to keep it. Other educators have opted for this approach without encountering problems.
