Thanks so much for raising this here!
Issues related to Azure for Students verification are handled directly by the Azure Support team, since they have access to the backend eligibility and domain‑validation systems.
You can open a support request through:
https://azure.microsoft.com/support/create-ticket
(Select the closest option you find to Account & Subscription → Azure for Students.)
That said — please feel free to DM me here in the Community if you need to share specific details. I’m happy to check whether there’s any connection with your institution’s MSLE setup, and if necessary, reach out internally to our teams.
However, based on your description, this looks entirely within Azure’s scope, and their team will have all the tools needed to support your students.
Thanks a million!
Subject: Unable to Access Azure for Students – Student Verification Denied
Dear Microsoft Azure Support Team,
I am a full-time undergraduate student at Bakhtiyarpur College of Engineering, Patna. I am trying to access the Azure for Students free subscription for my academic projects and learning.
I tried to verify my student eligibility using my official college student email:
email address removed for privacy reasons
However, my student verification was denied and I am receiving the following error:
"You do not have access. Sorry but our systems are detecting a problem with your account and are unable to validate your access."
I have attached a screenshot of the error for your reference.
I am currently enrolled as a student and can provide my college ID card or any other proof of enrollment if required.
Please manually review my account and help me resolve the student verification issue so that I can access Azure for Students.
