Azure for Students eligibility for a newly nominated Microsoft Learn for Educators institution
- Aug 05, 2026
Hello HussamMCT ,
Congratulations on ITA Academy's successful nomination to Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE).
Regarding your questions:
Azure for Students
MSLE provides access to Microsoft Official Curriculum, learning materials, and lab environments for educators and students. Students enrolled in MSLE courses can access interactive labs and Microsoft learning resources.
However, Azure for Students eligibility is determined separately through Microsoft's Azure for Education program. According to Microsoft documentation, Azure for Students is generally available to verified students attending accredited degree-granting educational institutions and is not intended for professional training programs offered by for-profit organizations. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/education-hub/faq
If your students meet the Azure for Students eligibility requirements, they can sign up individually through the Azure for Students program using their academic credentials. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/education-hub/faq
Student Certification Benefits
Students participating in MSLE courses receive:
- Access to Microsoft Official Curriculum
- Interactive lab experiences
- Exam preparation resources
- Discounted Microsoft certification opportunities through the student certification program https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/educator-center/programs/msle/programguide
At this time, MSLE educator vouchers and role-based certification benefits are provided to educators who deliver approved Microsoft courseware. The MSLE Program Guide specifically documents free and discounted certification vouchers for educators. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/educator-center/programs/msle/programguide
Microsoft 365 Education
MSLE participation does not automatically grant Microsoft 365 Education licensing. Microsoft 365 Education eligibility is evaluated through a separate academic verification process. Academic institutions can apply independently and must satisfy Microsoft's academic eligibility requirements before receiving education licensing such as A1, A3, or A5 offerings. For a private training academy, eligibility is reviewed independently of MSLE participation. The recommended approach is to start the Microsoft 365 Education academic verification process and provide any supporting documentation requested during verification. [learn.microsoft.com]

I have one additional question regarding institutional benefits.
Since ITA Academy has been successfully nominated in the Microsoft Learn for Educators (MSLE) program, could you please clarify whether our institution is also eligible to apply for Microsoft 365 Education?
If not automatically, can an MSLE institution apply separately for Microsoft 365 Education?
What are the eligibility requirements for a private training academy such as ITA Academy?
If our institution is eligible, what Microsoft 365 Education licenses (for example, Microsoft 365 A1, A3, or A5) are available?
What is the recommended process for applying or requesting access to Microsoft 365 Education?
Our objective is to provide our instructors and students with a modern Microsoft learning environment that supports collaboration, cloud technologies, and hands-on technical training.
We would greatly appreciate any guidance or recommendations from the Microsoft Community Managers.
Thank you for your time and support.

Hi HussamMCT can you share your Academy's domain for verification?
I'm not able to locate ITA as a MSLE member.
Best,
