Microsoft- Verify Enrollment Restrictions
- Go to Intune Admin Center → Devices → Enrollment → Device platform restrictions → Windows.
- Ensure Device type restriction allows enrollment for your scenario (corporate or BYOD).
- Also check the device limit restriction – if user has exhausted the maximum device enrollment limit, they might get this issue.
- Adjust ESP Timeout

- Delete the device from Intune and Autopilot, restart, and retry enrollment.
- Stale records
- Check in Intune and in Microsoft Entra ID if you have stale records remove it wait for 15 minutes and then try enrollment.
