Trying to Understand what this Chrome ADMX Policy does?
Hi
Does anyone know what this policy does?
It seems to install the chrome defender browser extension but if I want to exclude the extension from running where user uses incognito mode how do I make this change?

The policy indeed forces some Chrome Extensions on the devices, we we are unable to see the full list but Defender Browser can be forced with this policy setting indeed.
In my understanding Extensions are not forced in incognito mode so you should be fine already, see for example this:
