Hello markf1975,

You can find Device Enrollment Manager under Devices -> Enroll devices.

This manager can enroll up to 1000 devices. You won't have to use several users, but still, you will have to go through all devices to enroll them.

So this user (manager) would still have to manually log onto the hundreds of machines to enroll them?

Is there not a more efficient way of achieving this. How would Microsoft normally handle Kiosk machines where a normal user doesn't log on?

  We enroll kiosk devices using QR codes or manually.
  After all, Intune doesn't know what devices in your network should be enrolled and what ones should not. In addition to that, users without Intune license cannot enroll devices at all.
