Question About Moving SCCM Partially Out of Intune

Good afternoon,

I've been given an environment that currently has SCCM integrated into InTune.

Our department head would like to partially remove our servers from being managed by InTune, but still be managed by SCCM. Is such a thing possible? If so, could you link what documentation is available to lead me into that?

    You can simply remove those servers from the Co-management Eligible Devices collection (or whichever collection is targeted for Co-management). Once they’re no longer part of that collection, they’ll stay managed by SCCM only, and Intune management will stop.

    Example:

    You might also want to verify that automatic MDM enrollment is disabled, or manually unenroll the servers from Intune if they were previously enrolled.
