Is it possible to restrict WeChat usage on MacOS using Intune?

Since WeChat can be installed from either the App Store or directly downloaded from the official website, is there a method to prevent its installation on MacOS? Alternatively, can we restrict the network access of installed WeChat?

My objective is to block the usage of WeChat on MacOS. I have attempted to configure Prohibited app policies and enable firewall settings, but these methods have proven ineffective.
