Intune management extension log file

Question

I was looking into the IntuneManagementExtension.log file because application install failure.

The logfile mentioned that the win32 was still in GRS.

What does GRS mean? I cannot find information about it.

[Win32App] app is still in GRS. GRS start time is 23-4-2019 07:39:54 IntuneManagementExtension 23-4-2019 16:11:22 3 (0x0003)

GRS stands for Global Retry Schedule and it is normally a 24h window.
