First Time Using Microsoft Intune

I have a question about Microsoft Intune.

I have MTR Pro License, M365 Standard Business Trial, and Microsoft Intune Suite Trial.

The scenario is i have MTR Devices certified like a Compute Unit, Touchpad control and scheduler for front room. When i login account on compute unit is no problem but when i try login account on touchpad control and scheduler will pop up like on the picture.

So whats wrong with my scenario?

luthfi1350 Hi, the causes could be:

    1-An unconfigured MDM authority.

Microsoft Intune may not be configured as the mobile device management (MDM) authority for your organization. In this case, the device cannot be registered or managed properly. You need to verify that Intune is set up as an MDM authority in the Microsoft 365 or Azure environment.

    To verify this:

Go to the Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center.

Navigate to Devices > Register Devices.

In the Device Registration section, check whether the MDM Authority is set to Microsoft Intune.

If it is not, you will need to configure it.

    2-Conditional Access Policies.

If a conditional access policy is active that requires device compliance before access, the device maybe required to be registered and compliant in Intune.

3-Verify that the compliance policy applied to the device is appropriate for this type of device. Some policies (such as encryption or requiring a password) may not be applicable or available for specialized devices such as MTR touch controllers.

luthfi1350 Hi, here is how to configure Microsoft Intune as an MDM authority:

        1. Log on to Microsoft Endpoint Manager:
Open your browser and go to Microsoft Endpoint Manager Admin Center.
Log in with your global administrator credentials.

        2. Set the MDM authority:
After logging in, in the left menu go to Devices.
Under the Device Registration section , click on Register Devices.

You should see an option to configure theMDM Authority.
If it is still displayed as Unknown, click on the button for Set MDM Authority.
Select Microsoft Intune from the available options.
