NicklasOlsen The full diagnostic suite was created remotely and given to Microsoft Support who gave it a clean bill of health.

After Intune support made the conclusion that it was either Windows or hardware, did you reset the device and tried again?
Is this the only device that is having issues?

- PaulMTateJun 16, 2024Copper ContributorI haven't done an autopilot reset as I am not yet aware if there are local files.
This is the only machine with this issue.
I now have the machine back in my hands, it was couriered to me.
I turned on the laptop and the first screen that came up was a Bitlocker request for the key! At this time it had no wifi/ethernet connection
I did a long power restart and it came back up with login screen.
I logged in as the end user and it came up with Autopilot ESP screen working on Account Setup (Device Prep and Device Setup were both waiting)
Account Setup had completed Joining Org, Sec policies, Certs - no setup needed), Apps 0of 1 installed
eventually came up with Apps(error)
Tried again and repeated Apps(error)
Shutdown and rebooted and logged in as Local Admin, checked Both Intune Apps that are part of autopilot are installed.
Going to scan and run through Dell Diagnostics

Okay, let us know if you have any updates. 🙂
I would still recommend you try to use the Get-AutopilotDiagnostics module to get some insights on what's failing.- PaulMTateJun 16, 2024Copper ContributorI downloaded a a diagnostics from the intune admin centre, is this different to Get-AutopilotDiagnostics module - What would I be looking for?
If different can I run it remotely or do I need to login as local admin on the broken machine?
