What is the Cloud app 「Outlook Groups」in Azure AD Enterprise Applications

I found one application called 「Outlook Groups」 in the Azure AD enterprise applications.

What is use for?

Should I have to choose it if I want to set the conditional access of Outlook client (iOS and Android)?

It does not relate to Outlook mobile. Right, found it. I don't believe it relates in any way to the Outlook mobile app, but adding&nbsp;Ross Smith IV just in case.
