Verifying domain name issue

The domain is blocked because another Entra tenant already claims it. Add the domain, publish the Microsoft TXT record, and retry verification. If Entra offers Become the admin, use the documented takeover flow. A managed tenant can externally take over an unmanaged directory through Microsoft Graph verification with forceTakeover=true, although Microsoft excludes source tenants with SharePoint, OneDrive, or Skype service plans. If the domain belongs to a managed tenant, no self-service release exists: its administrator must remove every domain reference and the domain, or Microsoft Support must verify ownership and assist. Do not keep retrying the Azure support-plan purchase. In the Entra admin center, open Diagnose and solve problems, use Self-Service Support, complete three follow-ups, and select Create a support request. Use Microsoft 365 admin center Help & support for the failed billing transaction. Include the domain, tenant ID, verification and purchase errors, timestamps, and DNS proof of ownership.
