SP Online Provider Hosted App - On-Premise App Server Deployment - Azure AD New domains

Hello Everyone,

We have a Provider Hosted App (PHA) used in SharePoint Online that is being deployed to On-Premise App server. 

Currently the associated Azure AD has only one Domain associated and now we are planning to add new domains related to other locations.

App Server that is hosting the PHA is in the domain that is already connected to the Azure AD. Now, If we add the new domains to Azure AD - Will the PHA be working for users of other domain when they access the App from SP Online site? 

Sorry, if i am asking some silly question.
