Migrating from Hybrid to pure Azure AD

This depends how big is your environment.
You can consider Autopilot in case you are ready to re-image the end user devices. Second option is to use Migration tools like Quest or Opsole Migrate. These tools will help to migrate the devices without wipe and re-image and preserving their profiles, outlook settings and local files.
Finally we used https://www.opsole.com as they support user self service migration. This helps us to save ~4-5 hours per device during the migration and could complete the migration on time.
Conduct a PoC before finalising the product as this migration success is depends on each environment
