Is there any possible way to achieve Auditing and encryption in Dataverse for teams ?

Entra has no relationship to Dataverse auditing or encryption (which I'm interpreting as being in the "at rest" context, given transmission is encrypted).

In the absence of a dedicated forum of its own, you will have more luck asking the Power Apps/Platform community:
