Health SyncAgent Configuration Failed

Hello!

On my Staging server after Azure AD Connect installation my Health SyncAgent failed to register. "Test-AzureADConnectHealthConnectivity -Role Sync" finished successfully but agent Configuration Failed with manual register. Can anyone answer must this agent work correctly on the staging server or this situation is normal for the Staging server and must be only one SyncAgent per tenant?
