Hi shubhiGaur1014 , it's said that "All users who sign into the https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/concept-mandatory-multifactor-authentication#applications listed previously to perform any Create, Read, Update, or Delete (CRUD) operation will require MFA when the enforcement begins."
